ABOUT US

Dial Electric Supply founded in 1971 from an office in Ward Area of Honolulu. The objective was to be the key supplier and distributor of lighting and electrical equipment. Soon after Dial moved to a larger warehouse in Kakaako behind the old Datsun dealership.  

Today Dial has become the State of Hawaii’s largest lighting distributor and supplier, serving commercial and retail customers alike. Dial has been in its current location for over 45 years with 20,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space with the largest local stock of light fixtures, lamps, and controls. Dial Electric has also expanded its retail showroom, showcasing one of the largest selection of lighting fixtures, fans, and the addition of smart home lighting solutions.

With over a combined 160 years of expertise, knowledge, service and project management in the lighting industry, Dial Electric continues to solidify its position as Hawaii’s premier lighting distributor and supplier.
